Column Headers
Each of the main column headers is a link which can be clicked to re-sort the list by that column. Clicking a header for a column which is already part of the sort will reverse the sort order (from A to Z changes to Z to A). The current primary sort column is indicated with a small black triangle.

Tablet Image
The displayed image is a photo taken of the tablet at the time of testing. Clicking on the image will bring you to a full-page display for that tablet.

Name
The tablet name is the street name that was submitted with the tablet (or the common street-name for an imprint if no name is submitted with a tablet). The individual tablet page may also give alternative names based on similar tablets that have been submitted in the past or information collected by the source organization.

Date
This is the date that the results were first published. In most cases this date is within two weeks of the date that the tablet was received by the lab (MAPS data is an exception).

Active Contents
This describes what active substances were found in the tablet by the lab. Each substance is followed by a number showing the ratio of that substance to other active substances found. For instance, for tablets found to contain only MDMA, "MDMA: 1" would be displayed. For a tablet found to contain approximately twice as much MDMA as Caffeine, "MDMA: 2, Caffeine: 1" would be displayed. The ratios are approximate. Also listed is the type of test that was used to determine tablet contents.

Important Note : From the data, there is no reliable way to determine the total quantity of an active ingredient present in the pill. "MDMA: 2, Caffeine: 1" could mean either "100 mg MDMA and 50 mg Caffeine" or "4 mg MDMA and 2 mg Caffeine". The DEA does not allow laboratories to provide quantitative testing results to the public. City, State, and/or Country information where the tablet was submitted from.

Size
Tablets are weighed and measured with tablet diameter and height being displayed in mm and weight displayed in mg. This is the full weight of the tablet, including all binders and fillers. Do not confuse tablet weight with the amount of active substances in the tablet.

Data Source
Most of the data on EcstasyData.org is for tablets submitted by the public with lab testing organized by the EcstasyData project. Various organizations have also contributed data to EcstasyData.org. Links are provided to contributing organizations' websites as well as to information describing the organization and their involvement with the EcstasyData.org project.
